כובא III
כּוּבָּאIII m. (v. כְּבַב Pa.) roasted or charred dough, כ׳ דארעא roasted (over coals) in a cavity of the ground, name of a pastry baked in a cavity made in the stove. Ber.37b, expl. טרוקנין. Ib. 38a. (Ar. s. v. ככא, reads כוכא. Gitt.68a bot., v. כּוֹכָא.
